Maintenance Shift Leader

Job Description

• Hourly Rate of Pay - £15.68 inc 15% night shift allowance for hours worked between 10pm-6am
• Shift - 42 hours, 4 week rotation - 12 hour shifts including days,nights and some weekends
• Stadium 2 - South Elmsall

As System Control Shift Leader you will be required to;

• Be the main point of contact for escalations in the absence of the System Control Manager.
• Work with the System Control Manager to set performance standards for System Controllers on your shift to ensure the flow of material through the warehouse is optimised.
• Ensure the team follows working procedures and adhere to all H&S policies at all times.
• Demonstrate a good technical knowledge and understanding of the warehouse systems and SCADA, using yourknowledge to determine appropriate actions and solutions, escalating where appropriate.
• Ensure all systems and hardware within the Control Room are functioning correctly. <...
