CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Facilities site maintenance engineer.
You will be the site maintenance operative responsible for daily, weekly and monthly compliance duties along with general, mechanical and electrical Planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks as directed by the clients on site FM team.
What You'll Do:
· A versatile engineer with a can-do attitude and have a strong emphasis on quality of service.
· To carry out admin tasks to ensure all maintenance records and log books are up to date.
· To ensure compliance items included in the contract are carried out on time and that all paperwork and records are in date and accessible for inspection at all times.
· To carry out planned maintenance of general mechanical and electrical services as part of the annual plant maintenance plan.
