Job Description
Drive, supervise and ensure all assigned maintenance activities are execute with excellence and continuous improvement service based on a robust and strategic predictive and preventive maintenance plan.
- Ensure that operation runs in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the personnel.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives.
- Responsible for the implementation and use of an ongoing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
- Responsible for the development of maintenance staff through training, response time and implementation of a value-added SAP PM, Plant Uptime / Equipment availability, as well as robust countermeasures on critical equipment downtime issues.
