Job Description
**Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure mechanical integrity, drive equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production within Jackson, TN facility. You will guide daily maintenance activities, foster continuous improvement, and champion a culture of collaboration and accountability across a 20‑person department.**
