Daikin Applied is seeking an experienced technician with machine maintenance responsibilities who directs and manages the activities of workers engaged in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of tooling and equipment. This is a 2nd shift position, 2pm-10pm.
What you will do:
Supervise maintenance technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance Collaborate with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations Implement preventative maintenance program and coordinate implementation with internal team as well as management May be tasked with performing preventative maintenance and the repair/troubleshooting of equipment Complete employee performance...
