Job Description

Position Summary:

Supervise and mentor the maintenance team at night in support of production needs. The role requires acute reactive and proactive planning to reduce unplanned downtime to zero. This position will work together with the first shift Maintenance Supervisor and Planner to implement the department’s goals in support of the Kinston operation.

Shift Schedule:

4:00 pm to 2:30 am - Monday through Thursday (+ required overtime as necessary/required daily as well as on Fridays/Weekends)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow and comply with all safety standards including Lock Out.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
