Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description n The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to the Maintenance production team engaged in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production equipment. Strives to ensure safety, quality and maximum production efficiencies in order to meet and support the manufacturing facility’s overall goals. n Essential Duties and Responsibilities: n n n n Assist with planning, scheduling and implementation of work orders to appropriate shift members for the implementation of equipment modifications as well as preventative and corrective maintenance. n Coordinates and performs repairs and maintenance activities with the production and scheduling departments as necessary. n Remains active on the floor including providing any “hands-on” trouble shooting and maintenance of production equipment. n Adheres to all plant rules, reviews attendance records and recommends provides corrective action as necessary in collaboration with Maintenance Manager and Human Reso...
