Maintenance Supervisor - Residential - Cincinnati - $65-85k


We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor that will be responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of a residential property consisting of 700+ apartment and condominiums, with a key focus on overseeing and executing renovation projects.

 Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership & Supervision: You'll lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes scheduling, assigning work orders, and conducting performance reviews.




  • Property Maintenance: Oversee all general maintenance and repair tasks for residential units and common areas. This includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. You'll also implement a preventative maintenance schedule to proactively address potential issues...
