GENERAL SUMMARY
Supervises the group of maintenance technicians in his charge and keeps the production equipment running according to the company's needs, designing and following the necessary maintenance programs for this purpose. Also using the company's techniques and tools, such as 5's, TPM, six-sigma, etc. Always focused on good use of resources and creating a pleasant work environment for your group
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Electromechanical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics engineering or Equivalent experience.
4 years of experience in the area of production equipment maintenance.
2 years of experience with personnel management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Basic English for reading technical information.
Extensive knowledge of preventive, corrective and root cause maintenance techniques, good command of fault diagnosis.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic control, drivers and PLC.
SAP and Google-Docs (desirable)
