The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all equipment within the contract packaging operation. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment preventative maintenance, unplanned repairs, lock out tag out, OSHA requirements, operator training, and vendor management.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team to support business operations in a contract packaging operation. This qualified individual will be responsible for maintaining existing preventive maintenance programs, SOP's and procedures as well as developing new programs and procedures where appropriate. The Maintenance Supervisor will work to provide support to the Distribution Operations Leadership team to ensure productivity. The Maintenance Supervisor will build and strengthen relationships with vendors, track and analyze data, and manage administration related to projects.
