Job Description
Role Purpose:
Maintenance Engineer to service all factory machines and utilities.
Key Responsibility:
Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-pressure dyeing machines and finishing equipment.Utility Oversight: Monitor and maintain critical support systems, including steam boilers, water treatment (softener) plants, wastewater treatment (ETP), and air compressors.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions to minimize downtime.System Calibration: Calibrate temperature controllers, and level units to ensure precise dyeing recipes.Inventory & Documentation: Manage spare parts inventory and maintain detailed maintenance logs through computerized systems (CMMS).Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (EHS), including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and the safe handling of hazardous che...
