Location: Fernandina Beach, FL. Schedule: Monday through Friday with additional on-call responsibilities and after-hours emergencies as the first line of maintenance support.
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and manages the plant's mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment needs and requirements.
Provides effective leadership of the maintenance team.
Oversees a team of 7 to 8 maintenance technicians and electrical/instrument technicians.
Builds and maintains a high performing team.
Ensures efficient organization of maintenance work tasks to minimize plant downtime.
Maintains a proactive safety, health and environmental system that meets the required standard and legal requirements when performing maintenance.
Plans, directs and executes needed preventative maintenance for all industrial equipment.
