Maintenance Supervisor

AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Goodyear facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager you will coordinate and supervise day-to-day duties of maintenance staff. You will oversee and perform maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electrical, welding, construction, and/or machine servicing.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors maintenance staff and assists them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems.
• Inspects completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
• Monitors the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities.
• Trains new employees in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
