Maintenance Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor, Maintenance  Job Summary  Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of skilled and unskilled maintenance workers. Ensure proper methods and procedures are followed to maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of all equipment and facilities. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Inspect projects to ensure conformity to specifications, direct safety inspections and preventative maintenance programs. Responsible for maintaining stock of inventory of materials, parts, and specialized tools for the maintenance function. Responsibility
