Job Description
**Job Purpose and Impact**
Maintenance Supervisor supervising the maintenance team’s work in alignment to Engineer’s directions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and cost‑effectively, maximizing the continuity of plant operations through effective planning and strong work ethics, and contributing to continuous equipment improvement and cost‑reduction efforts.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Prepare and submit budget proposals and work programs or maintenance schedules for machinery and technical equipment in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure smooth work operations.
+ Execute maintenance schedules, servicing, repairs/replacements of spare parts, and lubrication of machines/installations and other technical equipment in accordance with standards and machine operation manuals to keep them in optimal and compliant condition.
