Job Description

We are seeking Shift Maintenance Supervisors for our First Quality Baby Products location in Macon, GA. The primary role of the position is supervising, directing, and coordinating the training and work of all maintenance personnel who maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust the machinery, equipment, and components.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment at all times

  • Follow necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate all maintenance processes and training of maintenance personnel

  • Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for all maintenance personnel

  • Administer disciplinary actions when required

  • Assign and monitor progress of assigned work or projects

  • Promote team atmosphere within the group
