Job Description
Is responsible for coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment in the plant. Directly supervises maintenance technicians and team leads, ensuring tasks are performed safely, with quality, and according to manufacturer standards. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, compliance with technical KPIs, and adherence to safety and hygiene policies.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including experience as a technician or leader.
- Flexibility to work across both day and night shifts as required by operational needs.
- Certification or knowledge in Six Sigma.
- Ability in management and supervision of personnel.
