Maintenance Supervisor

Responsabilities:
- Manages the budget of the department to ensure the fidelity of the equipment and required services for the plant.
- Setting up new assets, manages the work orders back log, PMs, and develops equipment parts list.
- Analyzes the results of the downtime per machine and takes corrective actions.
- Plan and develop maintenance programs to reduce the downtime and enssures the continuity of the production process flow.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or related field
- **3 years of experience as Maintenace Supervisor in Maquila environment**:
- Proeficient in ERP system and ERP management
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Intermediate English
