Supports Manager through directing and coordinating activities of maintenance crew ;engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment. Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Also responsible for maintenance of buildings and utility systems.
- Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, robots and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
- Coordinates activities of maintenance workers fabricating or modifying machines, Robotic or auxiliary equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
- Directs maintenance activities on utility system to provide continuous supply of heat, cold air, electric power, gas, chilled water or air required for operations.
