Maintenance Supervisor

About the role:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor on a 7:7 roster to join our Wilpinjong Mine. Our Wilpinjong Mine is an open‑cut mine located 58 kilometres northeast of the country charm of historical Mudgee, the mine produces high quality thermal coal for both the export and domestic markets.

Our supervisors play such a crucial role in engaging the team and setting and driving the standards that will lead the crew safely achieving high levels of plant availability and reliability. Ideally for those seeking respect & autonomy and wanting to determine their own outcome , whilst still having accessible Maintenance Superintendent support, this role will be responsible for managing all planned, breakdown and repair maintenance activities as well as communicating changes that will impact the mine priorities.
