Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
The Maintenance Supervisor manages plant maintenance programs and business metrics, with an emphasis on tooling and mechanical aspects of the plant equipment and operation. The supervisor is responsible for overall facility and equipment maintenance, as well as the supervision of a team.
Key Accountabilities:
Direct hourly employees to plan and manage maintenance programs and business metrics Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet daily goals. Ensure effective employee relations through coaching and development and resolves employee issues through problem resolution OR Confer with management for guidance in resolving employee complaints and or grievances.
