Position Summary
Ensure all Springbrook Facilities within your assignment are safe, clean, and well maintained through organization and team oversight. Physical plant services include janitorial, preventive and corrective maintenance, and generalized repair.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage and track direct staff performance utilizing agency workforce software.
+ Assume maintenance leadership role through workload participation, organization, and oversight.
+ Assist with budget development with physical plant assessments and recommendations.
+ Develop and manage staff agenda based on priority needs and agency work order request systems.
+ Promote and maintain a safe working environment for staff and individuals we support.
+ Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures.
