Job Description
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate maintenance work with operations to ensure minimal disruption
- Ensure availability of equipment, spare parts, and tools to minimize equipment downtime
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to support operational efficiency
- Ensure maintenance reports, records, and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, equipment breakdown analysis, and root cause analysis
