Job Description

  • Supervise and oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinate maintenance work with operations to ensure minimal disruption
  • Ensure availability of equipment, spare parts, and tools to minimize equipment downtime
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to support operational efficiency
  • Ensure maintenance reports, records, and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, equipment breakdown analysis, and root cause analysis
