**This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Repair and Maintenance Engineering. This role directly supervises engineering operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, and progress of work orders. Supports in the diagnoses of problems and maintains production equipment, may identify time lost due to malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement.**
