  • Leadership in advance and preventive maintenance with the Maintenance team.
  • Coordination with local vendors and fabricators
  • In-depth knowledge of Machines and Electrical Parts
  • Utilities Maintenance
  • CAPEX & OPEX Management
  • Engineering and People management in a large/mid-size Food / Beverages/ Pharma Company.
  • Handle Instrumentation
  • Electrical and mechanical-related maintenance of Process and Utility Equipment
  • PLC Validation and Upgradation
  • Online documents and QMS documentation
  • Engineering GMP documents
  • Break down/Preventive maintenance planning
  • Incident and Investigation Documents.
  • Validation Documents.
  • QMS documents review and closing.
  • Knowledge about filling machines, labeling machines, shrink sleeve applicators, Urschel machines, and crusher machines.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by management.
