Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Proficiency in PLC control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment plants, air compressors, TPM, and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic engineering.
  • Knowledge of food industry regulatory systems, ISO standards, and the ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
