Maintenance Team Leader (Back End)

Your tasks
- Responsible for Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in BE area.
- Coordinate and manage a group of engineers and technicians by establishing objectives, goals, strategies, plans and work methods.
- Coordination of training for engineers and maintenance technician.
- Definition standards, processes and methods for Maintenance structure.
- Define activities, control the progress, ensure fulfillment and execution of the tasks assigned to his group to achieve Maintenance targets (Downtime machine, MTTR, MTBF) in order to guarantee the customers goals are met and exceed your expectations.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in Automotive industry / Electronic industry
- 5+ year of experience in Maintenance department (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive).
