Maintenance Team Leader
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Company Vehicle (Pending Experience)
Osborne Park Location
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3 PM (Permanent, Full-Time)

Our client is a well-established landscape and gardening maintenance company with projects all across Perth. They are currently looking to add a Maintenance Team Leader to their growing business, working mainly on commercial projects across Perth.
 
Job Duties: 
This position will see you starting the day in Osborne Park before travelling with a team of 1-2 other Gardeners to various high quality commercial projects, responsible for:
  

• Leading a small team of experienced Gardeners, working on various commercial landscape maintenance projects.
• Turf maintenance, planting, spraying, hedging, edging and operating moving machinery.
• Attending client site meetings where required and communicating with various clients.

Example Projects Supervised: Shopping Centres, Warehouses, Aged Care Facilities etc.
This role will offer long-term stability in a full-time role, with the ability to work on various maintenance projects across Perth, keeping the position interesting and offering variety.
 
Requirements:

• Strong background in landscape maintenance.
• Manual driver's licence and car.
• Construction white card.
• Ability to obtain a national police clearance.
• Full Australian working rights.
