Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a Rotherham-based food manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.

Salary - £50,000

Working hours – 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off

This is a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader role, leading a team of 3 engineers the role would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative with a can-do, enthusiastic, first-time fix attitude.

Duties of the Maintenance Team Leader include:

  • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on the plant
  • Attend breakdowns on production equipment and related plant
  • Ensure maintenance schedules in line with the weekly work plan program as in CMMS is executed to 92% completion
  • During plant shutdown undertake overhaul and reconditioning of plant generated through the preventative maintenance process
