We are recruiting for a Maintenance Team member in Saint John.This position will be responsible for carrying out facilities maintenance duties that include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to routine and on-demand service requests and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Ensure work completed meets quality, contract response and all other requirements.
  • Participate in and assist with facility-related projects.
  • Oversee Contractor activities.
  • Building System start-up (including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers).
