Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties, and responsibilities most important to get the job done)

  • Assisting supervisor with planning and coordinating the maintenance and repair of conveyors, machines, and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all work, including work performed by subcontractors, is done in accordance with OSHA regulations and Carter’s safety rules.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and working well with management, peers, and subordinate employees to maximize productivity while minimizing employee conflict.

    • Secondary functions (If applicable – any duties not considered essential)

    Maintenance of facility property, not limited to building grounds, HVAC, generators, sprinkler systems, security systems, etc.

    Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements (minimum compentencies required for job performance)
