Job Description

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment.
Things they will assist with:
  • Perform minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, furniture, and plumbing.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.
  • Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks within skill level.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items as needed.
  • Perform general tasks such as painting, patching walls, or fixing doors.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
