Key Responsibilities- Maintains knowledge and good understanding about plant/equipment and its conditions.- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, based on work orders.- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal setting up, work with Quality to minimize defects and reworks.- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation, work with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure safety operation, work with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.- Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning.- Support plant/equipment installation and startup.
