Summary

The Maintenance Technician is to complete resident requested maintenance orders on a timely basis. The Maintenance Technician is often the single most responsible party for resident retention. Not only does the Maintenance Technician play a key role in the resident’s comfort and safety, they often interact with the residents more than any other on-site personnel. It is therefore essential that the Maintenance Technician portray a professional, courteous, and “We Care” attitude while on the job.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Complete resident requested service orders on a timely
  • Complete maintenance work assigned during employee’s scheduled on-call rotation for weekends and holidays (after hours).
  • Complete all assigned maintenance work on vacant apartments within the RealSource standard of 7 days or 5 business days.
