Maintenance Technician
A busy company in Barberton is in need of an entry level Maintenance Tech to join their growing team!
Shift hours- 2p-12a, Monday-Friday- 50 hrs a week. Shift flexibility is required when the maintenance tasks call for it.
Pay Range: $20-$26/hr BOE. Non-Exempt. Then potential for a raise once hired in.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow in this role.
Job Description:
Maintain a variety of rubber manufacturing equipment. Light cleaning required. Equipment includes, but not limited to – extruders, mixer, mill, boilers, water chillers/heaters, steam presses, forklifts, silos, oil tanks, conveyors, conveyor belts, extrusion salt tank, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Mechanically inclined with experience with tools or any kind of maintenance/mechanic experience.
Experience troubleshooting equipment failures that are caused by mechanical and electrical failures.
