+ Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames

+ Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures
+ Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
+ Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
+ Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
+ Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency
**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
+ Beginning job content knowledge
**Experiences/Education - Desired**
+ Associates or Bachelors Degree
+ Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
+ 1-3 years work experience
