Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Supervisor: Director of Maintenance and Director of Facilities
FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt
Prerequisite:
Prior restaurant maintenance experience Up to date certifications in refrigeration, and HVACTravel to North Greenville, Hendersonville and, cities around the Asheville area is required and Vehicle will be providedDuties and Responsibilities
Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures Install machinery systems·Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working orderPerform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessaryImplement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP’s and AD’s when necessary.
