Overview
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws
- Respond to all enquiries promptly
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel
- Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs, identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting the maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented
- Attend additional training suitable to the role
