Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel.
  • Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Implement statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by‑laws.
  • Respond to all enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Implement energy conservation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Positive, proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with ability to manage day‑to‑day repairs.
