is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman for residential high-rise in Barrie, ON.

  •   Duties: Troubleshoot general common area repairs.


    Repair and replace general hardware.


    Handling basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes like broken locks, faucet replacements, light fixture replacement, wall preparation, plaster, paint and unplugging toilets and sinks.


    Ability to request and supervise contractors.
