Maintenance Technician


Location: Bethlehem, PA


$25–$28/hr (Based on Experience)


12–14 Hour Shifts | 7AM–7PM | Overtime as Needed


HTSS is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a busy plastics manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire role for someone who’s mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting equipment, and doesn’t mind long shifts.


What You’ll Be Doing:




  • Keep machines up and running – troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment




  • Work with blow molders (EBM/SBM), packaging equipment, and other production gear
