Job Description
Crescent Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible to perform maintenance duties committed to
meeting all our customer’s need, and people’s needs. Ensuring he operators as outlined in the Crescent.
Safety
✓ Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe.
✓ Ensure a safe work environment is maintained.
✓ Engage in the Safety Observation process
✓ Complete maintenance tasks on time and correctly as assigned
✓ Ensure all equipment is operating safely
✓ Ensure all maintenance work is being completed in a safe manner
✓ Ensure a clean and organized work space, and hold themselves to a high standard and lives the
“leave work areas better than found them”.
✓ Continually seek out and remove forms of risk created by our equipment and equipment setup
People
✓ Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities
✓ Help in training for all other personnel at Crescent (FLO’s, Line Leaders, Machine Operators) who
