As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the infrastructure of the complex, refreshing guest rooms, public areas, and meeting rooms, and contributing to the growth and development of the Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities:
+ Complete daily rounds of all areas of the building, monitoring the operation of the Complex’s infrastructure and making adjustments as needed to ensure it runs efficiently
+ Preventative maintenance on all guest rooms, including heating/cooling, plumbing, lighting and all other operational aspects to ensure guest satisfaction
