CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Property Maintenance Technician in Canandaigua, NY. Monday - Friday with on-call
Pay Rate $18 - $22 DOE
8 am to 5 pm The maintenance Technician will work closely with the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Lead Maintenance in preparing units for rental in completing service requests for existing units. Requirements:
∙ High school diploma or GED preferred ∙ At least 1+ years of work history in property management or related maintenance field
∙ HVAC experience a plus
∙ Must have or be willing to obtain pool certification, when applicable Job Duties include but not limited to:
∙ Complete make-ready work and general service work orders.
∙ Handle residents with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
∙ Daily trash pick up.
∙ Walk property daily for exterior maintenance issues and report to Property Manager.
