Job Description
We are seeking a maintenance technician for MainStay Suites hotel to become part of our team.
Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Maintains the physical hotel property and grounds. Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost- effective manner. Occasionally responsible for routine custodial duties as required or assigned.
General Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Requires basic knowledge of maintenance skills.
Requires ability to perform Room PMs, minor repairs, pool / spa maintenance, and other basic preventative maintenance and repairs as well as general maintenance on property. Performs general minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, pain...
