Location: Cloquet/Duluth, Minnesota
Pay: $24 - $27 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation required
In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.
