Salary: £45,849 includes a night shift allowance.
This role operates on a 4-shift rotating pattern , ensuring 24-hour coverage across the site. The rotation moves through the following shifts:
Each engineer rotates through all four shifts over the pattern, working across mornings, days, evenings and nights. The rota ensures fair distribution of each shift type and consistent weekend coverage across the team.
This rotation provides predictable forward planning and makes sure all team members gain experience across every operational period of the plant.
