Full Time Maintenance Technician

Middlewoods of Farmington, a senior living community committed to its mission of providing relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work in our Farmington, CT community. The Maintenance Technician assists with a variety of maintenance, repair and cleaning activities (internal and external) to contribute to a clean, safe, and operative physical environment for residents, employees, and visitors to the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing hands-on work with general maintenance repairs of physical plant and equipment with knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
  • Cleaning duties as assigned, to include but not limited to; snow removal and removal of debris on the grounds.
