In this essential role supporting the residential communities at Loess Hills Estates and Camelot Village, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings, performing general apartment maintenance, and ensuring the grounds are well-maintained. Duties include participating in the apartment turn-key process, responding to service requests, and carrying out preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized maintenance shop and storage areas, follow established safety standards and best practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
