Maintenance Technician Needed (Gainesville):
Property Management Company Seeking Maintenance Tech for Apartment Complex.
We're hiring a Maintenance Tech to join our team. Compensation: based on experience Job Duties Include · Daily repair and upkeep of the property which can include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting skills. · Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: · 10+ year experience with general maintenance · Valid driver's license · Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
